Mark worked for Lombard Odier for 8 years and previously for the Financial Services Commission for 7 as the Banking Supervision manager. Mark has extensive experience of the regulatory environment having served seven years within the FSC where he was responsible for maintaining the banking supervisory programme and assisting the Banking Supervisory with the formulation of banking policy and amendments to the banking legislation. Subsequent to this, Mark joined Lombard Odier as their Compliance Officer. Mark has been the Chief Risk Officer at Gibraltar International Bank Limited since 2014. Mark is a serving member of the GBA and a Board member of the Gibraltar Investor Compensation Scheme.
Ben has been a member of the Executive Committee since August 2014. He has law degrees in the UK and France, a Masters degree in law from Nottingham University and a PhD in Law from the University of Kent. He maintains academic interests with a particular focus on systemic risk related issues. He is currently the Chief Risk Officer at Turicum Private Bank and deputy CEO.
Amanda has been the Compliance officer for RBS International Limited trading as NatWest for over 9 years, and prior to that was Head of the Retail banking division managing all of the retail operations in Gibraltar including the branches, premium banking, mortgage and business banking teams. Amanda is also the Deputy Country Head. Amanda commenced work with NatWest at 17 years old and has worked in the majority of departments over the years.
Jo has been a member of the Executive Committee since March 2015. Jo is the appointed Country Manager for Lloyds Bank (Gibraltar) Ltd and gained significant experience working within International Banking over the last 15 years. Prior to her appointment in Gibraltar, Jo was Senior Manager of the Retail Division for Lloyds Bank in the Isle of Man. Jo is currently completing an MBA at London Business School.
Tyrone is a new member of the Executive. His background is Banking and Regulation. Tyrone is a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Financial Services, formerly the Chartered Institute of Bankers of England and Wales. Tyrone has been working in financial services since 1996 and is currently on the Board of Directors of SG Hambros Bank (Gibraltar) Ltd, with responsibility for Control and Support Functions. Previously he has worked for other international Banks, including Credit Suisse, and the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission
